祝英,女,博士,研究员,甘肃省科学院生物研究所 副所长。甘肃省领军人才(第二层),第三次全国土壤普查省级专家,中国民主同盟甘肃省十五届委员会科技工作者委员会委员,国家留学基金委资助访问学者,中组部西部之光青年学者,甘肃省陇原青年英才,甘肃省首批科技特派员。主要从事农牧废弃物生物处理技术研究和应用,农业根际微生物组结构、功能与养分循环的作用机制研究,农业土传病害的微生物调控研究和应用,纳米生物效应及在农业上的应用等方面的研究工作。主持国家、省部级和企业委托项目等30余项;发表论文40余篇(SCI 18篇);授权专利10项;发布地方标准1项、企标6项;向政协提交提案2份,均被采纳督办;已获得甘肃省青年科技奖,甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项,三等奖2项,其他奖励4项。
